Ved månedlig betaling opkræves kunden løbende pr. måned.
With annual payment, the customer is charged in advance for 12 months at a time.
If the customer selects a domain through Moneyweb ApS, annual payment is mandatory, and the payment covers the agreed 12-month period.

If the customer chooses a domain through Moneyweb ApS, Moneyweb ApS will attempt to register the desired domain name on behalf of the customer.
Moneyweb ApS cannot guarantee that a desired domain name is available at the time of order.
If the desired domain cannot be registered, Moneyweb ApS will contact the customer to find an alternative solution.
If the customer uses their own domain from a third-party provider, the customer is responsible for having access to the domain and for being able to approve necessary changes with the provider in question.
Moneyweb ApS does not offer an email solution or email hosting in connection with domains.
When making changes to DNS, nameservers, or other technical domain settings, customers should be aware that changes may take up to 5 weekdays to be a complete success.
Moneyweb ApS forbeholder sig retten til at afvise ønsker om DNS-ændringer eller andre tekniske ændringer, hvis ændringen efter Moneyweb ApS’ saglige vurdering:
If Moneyweb ApS rejects a requested change, the customer will, as far as possible, be given a brief explanation and possibly a suggestion for an alternative solution.
Ved valg af månedlig betaling indgår kunden en løbende aftale.
Opsigelse kan ske ved skriftlig henvendelse til Moneyweb ApS på info@moneyweb.ai.
For løbende forbrugeraftaler gælder særlige regler om binding og opsigelse. Som udgangspunkt kan en forbruger opsige en løbende aftale efter 5 måneder med 1 måneds varsel til udgangen af en måned. Moneyweb ApS’ vilkår for den månedlige løsning gælder i det omfang, de er forenelige med ufravigelig forbrugerlovgivning.
Ved valg af årlig betaling køber kunden en forudbetalt løsning for 12 måneder.
Hvis kunden vælger domæne gennem Moneyweb ApS, gælder aftalen altid for 12 måneder ad gangen.
Den årlige løsning fornyes automatisk for en ny 12-måneders periode, medmindre kunden opsiger aftalen senest 1 måned før udløbet af den igangværende periode.
Ved manglende rettidig opsigelse fortsætter aftalen for en ny 12-måneders periode.
Allerede betalte beløb for den igangværende årlige periode tilbagebetales som udgangspunkt ikke, medmindre andet følger af ufravigelig lovgivning.
Ved køb hos Moneyweb ApS accepterer kunden, at levering af digitale ydelser, opsætning, teknisk klargøring og eventuel domæneregistrering påbegyndes straks efter betaling.
Ved at acceptere handelsbetingelserne giver kunden samtidig sit udtrykkelige samtykke til straks-opstart og anerkender, at fortrydelsesretten bortfalder for digitale leverancer, når leveringen er påbegyndt.
Når Moneyweb ApS har påbegyndt levering efter kundens bestilling og samtykke, har kunden som udgangspunkt ikke krav på tilbagebetaling for den igangsatte eller leverede ydelse.
Dette påvirker ikke kundens reklamationsret ved eventuelle fejl eller mangler.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided at the time of order is correct and up to date.
The customer is also responsible for ensuring that texts, images, logos and other materials sent to Moneyweb ApS can be used legally and that the material does not infringe the rights of third parties.
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving the content if it is part of the delivery.
Hvis kunden ikke betaler rettidigt, forbeholder Moneyweb ApS sig retten til at suspendere eller begrænse leveringen, herunder hjemmeside, hosting og relaterede services, indtil betaling er modtaget.
Moneyweb ApS kan desuden opkræve renter og rykkergebyrer i overensstemmelse med gældende lovgivning.
Hvis en månedlig løsning opsiges, ophører levering og drift ved udløbet af opsigelsesperioden.
Hvis en årlig løsning ikke fornyes, kan Moneyweb ApS ved periodens udløb ophøre med hosting, drift og tilgængelighed af hjemmesiden.
Moneyweb ApS kan herefter deaktivere eller slette løsningen, hvis der ikke længere foreligger en gyldig og betalt aftale.
Moneyweb ApS bestræber sig på stabil drift og korrekt levering, men kan ikke garantere mod fejl, afbrydelser eller nedetid, der skyldes forhold uden for Moneyweb ApS’ kontrol, herunder fejl hos hostingudbydere, domæneregistratorer, DNS-udbydere eller andre tredjepartsleverandører.
Moneyweb ApS er ikke ansvarlig for indirekte tab, driftstab, tabt fortjeneste, følgeskader eller tab af data, medmindre andet følger af ufravigelig lovgivning.
Intet i disse handelsbetingelser begrænser kundens ufravigelige rettigheder efter dansk lovgivning.
Moneyweb ApS kan ændre priser og vilkår for fremtidige perioder og fremtidige køb.
Hvis der sker væsentlige ændringer i en løbende aftale, varsles kunden i rimelig tid, så kunden kan nå at opsige aftalen, før ændringerne får virkning.
Ændringer påvirker ikke en allerede betalt 12-måneders periode, medmindre ændringen følger af lovkrav eller forhold uden for Moneyweb ApS’ kontrol.
