How we collect, use and protect your personal data, and what rights you have.
At Moneyweb, we take good care of the information you trust us with. This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have.

- Technical information: when you visit the site, our web server automatically records things like your IP address, browser type and time of visit in security and operations logs.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see our cookie policy.
3. Purpose and legal basis

- Statistics and marketing - only based on your consent (point (a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Bookkeeping - to comply with the Danish Bookkeeping Act (point (c)).
4. Recipients and data processors
We never sell your data. We only share it with trusted suppliers who help us run our business and who process the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement:

- Our email and form delivery provider.
- Google (embedded Google Maps and Google Fonts), once you have given your consent.
5. Transfers to countries outside the EU/EEA
Some of our suppliers (e.g. Google) may process data outside the EU/EEA. When that happens, we make sure there is a valid transfer mechanism in place, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
6. Retention
We keep your data for as long as necessary for the purpose:
- Enquiries that don't lead to an agreement: normally deleted within 12 months.
- Customer relationships: for the duration of the agreement and afterwards, for as long as we have a legitimate reason.
- Accounting records: 5 years from the end of the financial year the material relates to, in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- access the data we process about you,
- have inaccurate data corrected,
- have your data deleted,
- have the processing restricted,
- object to the processing,
- receive your data in a structured format (data portability),
