The general terms for working together with Moneyweb.
These are Moneyweb's general terms and conditions. The exact price, subscription period and scope of delivery for your solution are always stated in the quote or order confirmation you receive from us.

2. Scope and basis of agreement
These terms apply to all agreements between Moneyweb ApS (“Moneyweb”, “we”) and the customer for the delivery of websites, online advertising and related services. The full agreement consists of the quote/order confirmation and these terms. Deviations only apply if agreed in writing.
3. Services
Moneyweb provides, among other things:
- design, development and hosting of modern websites,
- setup and ongoing optimisation of online advertising,
- related advice and support.
The exact scope is agreed in each individual quote.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in the current quote. All prices are excl. VAT unless otherwise stated. Recurring services (e.g. website subscriptions and advertising) are invoiced as agreed, usually monthly or quarterly. Payment is made using the payment methods stated on the invoice. Late payment incurs interest and reminder fees in accordance with the Danish Interest Act.
5. Subscription, commitment and cancellation
Subscriptions run until cancelled. The commitment and notice periods are stated in your agreement. Cancellation must be made in writing to info@moneyweb.ai.
6. Delivery
We aim for fast delivery and give an expected timeline in the quote. Delivery times are estimates and assume that the customer provides the necessary material and feedback on time.
7. Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for ensuring that material (text, images, logos, etc.) provided to Moneyweb does not infringe third-party rights, and that the customer holds the necessary rights to the material.
8. Intellectual property rights
Once the agreed payment has been made, the customer obtains the right to use the delivered solution as agreed. Moneyweb retains the rights to its own tools, methods and general know-how.
9. Right of withdrawal
If you are buying as a business, there is generally no right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer, the 14-day right of withdrawal under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act applies. Please note that this right may lapse once an agreed service has begun with your consent.
10. Limitation of liability
Moneyweb is not liable for indirect losses, including operating losses, loss of profit or loss of data. Our total liability cannot exceed the amount the customer has paid for the service in question over the past 12 months.
11. Complaints
Complaints about delivered services must be made without undue delay after the defect is or should have been discovered. Write to info@moneyweb.ai.
12. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be settled by the ordinary Danish courts.
